It's the perfect place to showcase your brand visibly.
Update engaging content that requires feedback. (i.e pictures, open-ended questions, etc.) Post at least once every other day, but no more than 3 times a day.

It's a great place to build up your audience
Facebook gives you the perfect place to build up your audience and gives you the chance to interact with them directly. With a Facebook business page, YOU are able to participate in the conversation about your business. If you don't think people are talking about you online, your highly mistaken. Take this as a chance to take control of the conversation.

It's where you can highlight your products in an authentic way
Facebook business pages are a great way to highlight your products in an authentic way. Highlight exactly what you offer and what makes your products absolutely amazing. You can do this by featuring “how-to’s” or answering frequently asked question via LIVE video streaming. You can learn more about live video here.

It gives you a chance to become a resource for customers
Like we mentioned above, by showcasing your products with "how to's" and FAQ's, you create resourceful relationships with your customers. They'll know they can come to you for answers if you're consistent and helpful with your content.

It's a breeding ground for referrals
Facebook users are connected to a community, so utilizing your business page to promote happy customers makes it a breeding ground for referrals. As soon as one person "likes" or "shares" your content, more and more people see your business name and start to recognize your brand and trust it. It's called social proof. Word of Mouth is still the best referral system and Facebook is like WOM on steroids!
